The purpose of the academy is to provide drivers with the skills and knowledge to succeed in motorsport. Drivers receive expert tuition from instructors with over a decade of experience in both kart and car racing and provided with the opportunity to experience competitive racing before making the leap into national motorsport.

There are two elements to the academy:

- Modules and Races

Modules:
Each driver will receive two 15-minute classroom periods with two on track periods to practice the latest skills and techniques. The modules are set so each driver can take part in a module once every 4 weeks.

Races:
This is where all the learning and development shows. Once a fortnight drivers can put themselves to the test with races designed to mimic national Karting events.
